No Compromises with the 2017 Acura NSX

The luxury division of Japanese automaker Honda is set to produce the latest Acura NSX manually, in their Marysville, Ohio, Performance Manufacturing Centre. In contrast to the almost autonomous vehicle production of today’s age, Honda is hoping to assemble eight cars per day.

The production will be done entirely by hand, beginning with the turbocharged V6 engine, which takes six man hours to put together in a neighboring facility, before being relocated to the main manufacturing center.

At over $150,000, the 2017 Acura NSX should be justified in its specifications, as well as its legacy. A 573bhp twin-turbo engine that delivers a top speed of 191mph is nothing to sneer at; Honda’s flagship supercar will undoubtedly continue to make heads turn.
